DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY.

Our cancellation policy is to inform guests of any charges that may apply after they have made a reservation. All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. These details will be held securely. A non refundable (but transferable upto 14 days prior to booking) deposit of the first nights stay will be debited from the card upon booking. If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen days no further charges will be made. Cancellations of less than fourteen days will incur the charge of the full amount. If a stay has to be curtailed once a guest has arrived the full price of the stay will apply. Holiday insurance is recommended and is reasonably priced from any good broker.

CHECK IN

Rooms are available from 4pm till 8pm and check out is 10am on day of departure. If you wish to arrive outside of these times please contact us to arrange. We appreciate an approximate arrival time so we can be here to welcome you. Check-in after 8pm by prior arrangement only. Any late arrivals not arrange in advance will incur a late arrival fee of £50. We do not accept any arrivals after 10pm.

PARKING

There is some limited free public parking available outside the property and a public car park across the road run by the council. The train and bus station is an 8 minute walk from the property.

PAYMENT

Broadlands Guest House accepts the following payment methods: Visa Card, Master Card and Debit Cards. The property is unable to accept American Express or cheque as a method of payment. Full payment will be taken 14 day prior to booking arrival date.

SMOKING

Broadlands Guest house is strictly a non-smoking establishment. Guests found to be smoking on the premises may be asked to leave and will be charged £75 for the deep cleaning as a result of this.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY

Broadlands Guest house is an adult only guest house. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

INTERNET

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

LOSS/DAMAGE

Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the property or the items within it. Please report any damages as soon as they occur. Broadlands Guest House does not tolerate any abusive or disruptive behaviour, if you are abusive or disruptive in any manor either towards staff or guests you will be asked to leave the property and full payment will be required. The credit/debit card details supplied are held to secure payment for any loss of keys, damage or breakages caused during your stay. If the damage is significant, we may make an additional charge, especially in the instance of us being unable to let the room due to damage.

LIABILITY

Broadlands Guest House does not accept any liability for any damages. Loss or injury to any member of your party, your vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or by our employees or contractors whilst acing in the course of employment.
